1 inch Scale: 1" equals 1 foot.

1/2 inch Scale: 1/2" equals 1 foot.

1/12 Scale: 1" equals 1 foot.

1/4 inch Scale: 1/4 inch equal 1 foot

1/144 Scale: 1/12 inch equal 1 foot, this is for a Dollhouse for a Dollhouse.

Milled Plywood "MP":

The exterior and interior walls of this kit are made from Cabinet Grade Plywood with the clapboard milled into the exterior surfaces. The 3/8" Clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the exterior walls. This is the easiest and quickest way to own a house with clapboard siding, because it is built in and ready to paint.

Milled MDF "MM":

The exterior walls of this kit are made from MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with the clapboard milled into the exterior surfaces. The 3/8" Clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the exterior walls. This is the easiest and quickest way to own a house with clapboard siding, because it is built in and ready to paint.

Smooth Plywood "SP":

The exterior walls are smooth (no siding or texture profile). "SP" kits include everything you see in the pictures except: Clapboard Siding, Edge Trim, Shingles and sometimes Shutters.

Scored:

The exterior walls have a 3/4" spaced, novelty siding profile milled into the walls. The exterior finish is ready to paint. "Scored" kits include everything you see in the picture.

Stucco:

The exterior walls are smooth. "Stucco" kits include a formulated stucco mix. When you combine the stucco mix with your choice of paint it creates a textured exterior finish.

Brick:

The exterior wall(s) are pre-finished. They have painted wooden brick attached to them as shown in the specific photographs of the Brick homes.

Log:

Log Siding and trim for these kits are supplied in lengths and require cutting to finish as shown in the specific photographs of the Log homes.

All Returns must clearly indicate a Return Authorization Number. Contact Nana at (302) 947-4852 or e-mail nana@nanasminiatures.com to receive your Return Authorization number and return shipping instructions. Items received without this number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Orders may be canceled up until the point that they are staged for shipment without any cancellation charges.

We are sorry; the Dollhouse kits are too large and bulky to be Gift Wrapped.

We are a Retail Store and do not sell our products wholesale.

Orders for standard products are typically ready for shipment within 3 Business days.

Small Orders: Depending on the season, Small Orders usually ship within 5 to 7 Business days

Large Orders: Larger orders requiring truck shipment will require 10 to 14 Business days to prepare the shipment.

New Concept: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing and shipping of all New Concept Dollhouse orders. These kits are custom packed for each order.

Most orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). You will be provided with a Tracking Number after your order has been shipped.

Large Domestic Orders:

Large Domestic Orders requiring truck shipment may be shipped via an overland carrier. You MUST be home for the drive to deliver this order. The overland carrier will require you to sign for the order and may require you to assist the driver in off loading the truck.

Shipping charges are based on the actual size, weight and shipping destination of your order. Your exact shipping charges are calculated during the Checkout Process.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that is not likely to reached it is intended destination, or has a high potential for credit card fraud.

NanasMiniatures.com will not ship any items to countries that have been placed on our Restricted Country list. A country may be placed on the Restricted Country list for one of several reasons. Reasons a country may be placed on this list include; Children's Rights, Women's Rights, high incidence of fraud, high incidence of stolen credit cards and inability to insure packages.
