Returned Items All items returned to NanasMiniatures.com, must be complete, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. The return shipment Must contain all the original items in New Salable condition. Return Authorization All Returns must clearly indicate a Return Authorization Number. Contact NanasMiniatures.com to receive your Return Authorization number and return shipping instructions. Items received without this number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Clearance Items All Sales are Final on all items marked for Clearance. Time Limit All items returned items must be received at NanasMiniatures.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Under Special circumstances and at our discretion, NanasMiniatures.com may authorize the return of items after 30 days with a 25% restocking charge. Refused Shipments A restocking fee will be charged on all Bounced, Returned or Refused shipments. The restocking fee will be 25% on the order total or $10.00 whichever is greater. Return Shipments Please return ALL items re-packaged in the original box. You may be billed for any items returned in less than perfect condition or missing parts. You are responsible for any damage to merchandise and Return Shipping Charges. Please insure any return shipments. Shipping Charges The Customer is responsible for All shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original Credit Card Number after all conditions of the Return Policy have been met. Due to Bank transaction time, Please allow up to two weeks for your credit to appear in your account. Domestic Shipments NanasMiniatures.com will always strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible. We will ship domestic orders via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS at our discretion. Package Time in Transit All orders are shipped on normal business days, Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Your order will usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Shipments may take up to 7 days depending on the delivery location. Damaged Shipments When merchandise arrives in less than PERFECT condition, it is VERY IMPORTANT to identify the problem IMMEDIATELY. WHILE THE DELIVERY PERSON IS STILL THERE NOTE ANY AND ALL DAMAGE, including any smashed, slashed, crushed or dented packages. Shipping Insurance NanasMiniatures.com fully insures all shipments at no additional cost to our customers. It is the responsibility of the Customer to Insure any Returned Items against Loss or Damage. Domestic Order Tracking All orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. If a valid e-mail address is provided with your order, you will receive an e-mail notification of the Tracking Number. Please allow 1 to 2 business days before attempting to track a shipment with the on-line Tracking Systems at UPS or U.S. Postal Service. At the discretion of NanasMiniatures.com orders may be drop shipped directly from our supplier. There will be no additional charges for Orders canceled prior to shipment. There is a restocking fee of 25% of the total order or $10.00 whichever is greater, for Bounced, Returned or Refused shipments. Domestic Shipping Costs Shipping and Handling Charges within the United States are based on actual shipping costs as established by the freight carrier. These charges are based on the actual weight and dimensions of all items ordered, the destination Postal Code and the delivery service selection. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Services are not available on International Shipments International Time in Transit The following shipment methods are now available to our International Customers.
